Deborah Margerum serves as the Director of Business Development and Community Relations for the firm, where she focuses on cultivating meaningful partnerships and strengthening community connections throughout Colorado Springs.

A graduate of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) with a Bachelor’s degree in Service Management, Deborah brings a strong foundation in client experience and operational excellence. Prior to joining the legal field, she spent her career in the service and hospitality industries, including five years in hotel sales, where she developed a deep understanding of relationship-building, communication, and delivering exceptional client care.

Since relocating to Colorado Springs in 2014, Deborah has been deeply committed to serving the local and military communities. As the spouse of a retired Army veteran with 23 years of service, she understands firsthand the unique needs of military families and is passionate about fostering meaningful connections built on integrity and service.
