Pricing Guide

Most law firms treat pricing like a locked door. You do not see it until you are already inside. That does not align with how I practice. My firm is built on integrity, excellence, and compassion, which means being transparent about costs, communicating clearly, and respecting the stress clients face. This pricing guide reflects that approach and gives you honest information so you can make confident decisions before you ever reach out.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

No Fee

Discuss situation, services, answer questions, and discuss options for engagement with the firm. 

FAMILY LAW

$375 / hr.

Hourly based service (*retainer required). 

MARITAL AGREEMENT

$3,000

Project based flat fee - Prenuptial or Postnuptial  Agreement (per Individual)  

WILL BASED ESTATE PLANS

Project based flat fee - Includes Will, Financial POA, Medical POA, Medical Directive with HIPAA. 

  • Will plan, distribution outright

    $1,500 /plan

  • Will plan, beneficiary deeds

    $2,000 /plan

  • Will with testamentary trust (Individual)

    $2,500 /plan

  • Will with testamentary trust (Couple)

  • $3,000 /plan

TRUST BASED ESTATE PLANS

Project based flat fee - Includes Trust, Pour-over Will,   Financial POA, Medical POA, Medical Directive with HIPAA Deed work included, up to two deeds per plan; fees apply for additional deeds.  

  • Single ( Individual Trust)

    $3,500 /plan

  • Couple (Family Trust)

    $4,000 /plan

  • Married (2 x Individual Trusts)

    $6,000 /plan

PROBATE

$4,000

Project based flat fee. 

PROBATE LITIGATION

$375 / hr.

Hourly based service (*retainer required). 

DOCUMENT REVIEW

$375 /hr.

Services fees are per document review and will include a follow up discussion. (15-30 min call) 

TITLE/DEED SERVICES

$250

Service fees are per title - Colorado Deed work only. 

MAINTENANCE PLAN OPTIONS

Legal Directives subscription, One Annual Review, Notary Services, Document updates, and Funding Support.

CURRENT  CLIENT – NEW WORK / CHANGES

$375 / hr.

Hourly based service (*retainer required). Estate Document Updates/Changes for Current Clients who are not currently participating in a maintenance plan.

*Retainer Requirement – The firm mandates a retainer in the amount of $5,000 prior to commencing any services. Clients are required to keep a valid method of payment on file to facilitate account replenishment. The firm will invoice worked hours to the client’s account monthly. When a client's account balance falls below $1,000, it will be restored back to a balance of $5,000 unless otherwise directed by the attorney. Clients will be notified prior to any charges to their method of payment on file.
